Cosmos now on Kickstarter!

G’day folks!

Well I’ve got some fantastic news! After several months of planning and preparation, today we officially launched the Welcome to the Cosmos pledge campaign on Kickstarter!

After the successful production of the first episode of Welcome to the Cosmos, we’re very much eager to start producing the next episode. As it turns out, even though we can re-use a lot of the production assets that were created for the first episode, it’s still going to take a decent amount of funding to produce this second one. As a result, we’re looking to use Kickstarter to help promote the show, as well as secure the extra funding we need to produce this episode.

So please head on over to the Kickstarter page and check it out! No donation is too small!

New Cosmos website launched!

With enormous thanks to the tireless efforts of Tim Oliver, one of Cosmos’ main visual effects artists, we now have a brand new website!

This great looking new site combines everything and more from the old production blog at squarespace, along with the old cosmosmovie.com site. Everyone enjoy the new look site and huge thanks to Tim for all his work!

Cosmos pilot online at YouTube

I think the quality is better at Vimeo, but in the interest of getting Cosmos out there for people to see, I’ve also put it up on YouTube.

You can also find on YouTube our pitch video and the original teaser trailer on YouTube.

Cheers
Nick.

Welcome to the Cosmos Pilot online and open to all!

We’ve just finished putting ‘Cosmos’ on Vimeo which looks great in HD. The password protection has been lifted and is now open to all to view.

If you want the full screen HD 720p experience go to the Vimeo page.

Enjoy and thanks for your patience.
